Confirmation that the World’s biggest passenger aircraft will commence an upgraded service from Birmingham Airport to Dubai has been broadly welcomed by Yellow Cars. It follows an official statement where Birmingham Airport recently enjoyed its busiest festive season ever with 400,000 passengers. The busiest day was Sunday January 3rd 2016 with 29,000 people travelling.
Darren Thorpe, Yellow Cars Managing Director said, “since 1995 we’ve been the premier choice for passengers to and from Birmingham Airport. Emirates airline must be congratulated for having the vision to choose our local progressive airport for the giant of the skies the Airbus A380. It’s phenomenal to discover that 5 million passengers have flown between our local Birmingham Airport and Dubai over the last 15 years and in excess of 500,000 have travelled in the past 12 months alone.”
Mr. Thorpe added that, “March 27th 2016 is a day that Yellow Cars will be celebrating along with Emirates. There’s a direct co-relation between increased activity at Birmingham Airport and an increase in passengers choosing Yellow Cars.”
Finally, the Yellow Cars Managing Direction said, “it’s leaders like Paul Kehoe the C.E.O. at Birmingham Airport and Thierry Antinori the Executive Vice President and C.C.O. of Emirates who are helping to secure new business and jobs in the region. The new flight service announcement makes us even more proud to serve the people of the West Midlands and the Birmingham Airport area.”
The award winning Yellow Cars is honoured to celebrate 21 years in business the West Midlands in 2016. The Mayor of Walsall awarded a Yellow Cars driver for saving the life of an elderly passenger. Here at Yellow Cars we believe in the promise of safety and constant innovation.
